9:00a-10:30am Workshops
10:30-11:30am  Free Time
11:30-3:00pm Sightseeing & Lunch in LA
3:00-6:30pm Community Service
6:30-7:30pm Havdala at the beach
7:30pm  Dinner and Evening at Santa Monica Pier

11:15am  Early Departure for airport (Schedule your flights from Airport between 2:00 and 5:00pm)
12:15  Lunch (all-inclusive only)
2:00pm Regular Departure for airport (Schedule your flights from Airport after 5:00pm)

Arrival and Departure
Please arrange to arrive in Los Angeles by 1pm on Friday April 4. We HIGHLY recommend that you book the first flight out on Friday morning so that if there are flight cancellations or disruptions, it will be easier to reschedule your flight so you don’t miss the conclave.

On Sunday, April 6, you have two options for leaving for the airport. Early departures (for flights between 2:00 and 5:00 pm) will leave the hotel around 11:15am and WILL MISS PART OF THE CONCLAVE. Please do not schedule your early departure flight before 2:00pm to allow for travel time to the airport. Regular departures will leave for the airport after the conclusion of the conclave at 2:00pm. Please do not schedule your regular departure flight before 5:00pm. We also must know ALL of your transportation information by March 14 to provide transportation assistance.

Transportation from and to the airport will be provided for individuals traveling alone. Information about airport transfers will be provided to groups.
